USA

There is a simple common sense promise that every public official can make: No taxpayer funding of abortions. If an elected official or candidate is unwilling to make this commitment, it speaks volumes. For if they refuse to sign this pledge: they are choosing to ignore the skyrocketing government debt threatening America; they do not understand that protecting and valuing life – every life – is foundational to who we are and how we treat one another as a people; they cannot be trusted to cut spending when it comes to truly tough choices if they will not make this easy choice; and, they believe it their right to force Americans whose faith and conscience condemns the taking of life to fund with their own dollars the very act they abhor.

Please help us. Ask U.S. Senators, Representatives and candidates everywhere to sign the common sense DefundAbortion.org pledge. We respectfully ask you to share with us your email address and cell phone number so that we can update you as public officials and candidates sign the pledge to defund abortion. Please ask your friends and family to do the same. It is an easy thing to do. Thank you in advance for considering this and, we hope, joining us in the fight to defund abortion.

Put the Law on Your Side

Abortion Laws

If you need to find an abortion attorney, it is likely because you went to a doctor to have an abortion, and they made several mistakes. You could have been injured due to the procedure, and because of that, you will need to get legal representation. Many of these doctors that do this will not own up to what they have done. That’s why you will need to get legal representation so that you can get a settlement for what has happened to you. Abortion attorneys can be found by looking in the local classifieds, phone book, and also on the web. You will want to locate one that has decades of experience, and will also have the time to represent your case.

What Do Abortion Attorneys Do?

These are attorneys that can represent you because they are experienced with medical malpractice lawsuits. You have probably heard of these lawyers being used in cases where operations did not go very well, and people were able to get a settlement. These are the exact lawyers that you will need to litigate the situation, leading you to a settlement that will help you with what has occurred. Now that you know a little bit more about what they do, if you need to find one, this is how you can choose the best one.

Selecting A Lawyer

The best attorney does not necessarily have to charge the most money. You can only know if they are reputable if you can find other people that have used one recently. If you know somebody that has recently had an abortion that had to get legal help, they can recommend someone to you. On the web, businesses are ranked all the time. They are subject to comments that people post on the web. The one that has the most positive comments or testimonials is the one that will likely do the best job. In most cases, they are not necessarily the most expensive ones offering the services.

The faster that you are able to get a medical malpractice attorney working for you, the more likely it is that you will receive a settlement of some kind. Once you have found one of these companies, you will need to retain them as quickly as possible. This can get them started with the process of reaching a settlement before it goes to trial, or they will be able to represent you before a judge to help you get the money that you deserve for the medical malpractice incident.
